Can I get a refund or exchange for a different product?

- Sorry but I do not offer exchanges or refunds. Please select your product carefully before buying.

When will my package arrive?

- I ship items within 1 - 2 weeks of purchasing. I apologise for any delay however I do not guarantee any specific shipping time. 

I haven't received my package yet you told me you sent it?

- I'll send every package ASAP. However once it is sent I hold no responsibility for it being lost in the post. 

Do you send the products with tracking?

If you'd like shipping with a tracking number or insurance, please contact me directly for a different shipping quote. I send all my packages regular post.
